2D- Sharing information across the organisation is a common scenario for today’s global ecosystem. 2D Viewer provides an automated, electronic and secure approach for document and 2D CAD viewing. It makes it possible to review and collaborate without accessing the native application that generated the documents. 2D Viewer offers a simple drawing layout, diagramming, annotation, and dimensioning controls that automatically comply with drafting standards. Dynamic 2D Display Without CAD System

  • It allows users to go through multiple pages available inside an open document in the following four directions:
    1. First Page (Move directly to the first page)
    2. Last Page (Move directly to the last page)
    3. Next Page (Move to next page)
    4. Previous Page (Move to the previous page)
  • It allows users to rotate the current selected page from the opened document using the following options:
    1. 90° (Rotate selected page to 90° direction)
    2. 180° (Rotate selected page to 180° direction)
    3. 270° (Rotate selected page to 270° direction)
    4. None (Move back to Initial level)
  • It allows users to zoom in and out up-to-the end level with crystal clear clarity of the current selected page. Below is the list of custom options available inside it.
    1. Zoom In (Zoom in up to maximum level)
    2. Zoom Out (Zoom out up to maximum level)
    3. Zoom 25% (Zoom in direct to 25% level)
    4. Zoom 100% (Zoom in direct to 100% level)
    5. Fit Width (Set zoom at document width level)
    6. Fit Height (Set zoom at document height level)
    7. Fullscreen (Open document in full-screen mode)
    The selected zoom level will remain the same when you start to do annotation.
  • It displays the thumbnail of each page inside the left side panel of the viewer. It has the below options to make custom as per user requirements.
    1. Small (To make thumbnail image small)
    2. Normal (To make thumbnail image normal)
    3. Large (To make thumbnail image large)
    4. Hide Thumbs (It will Hide thumbnail window from the left side of viewer)
    5. Show Thumbs (It will Show thumbnail window on the left side of viewer)
    Change page layout modes (e.g. single page or facing pages), rotate pages and view full screen.
  • Add annotations for collaboration, quality check, and versioning. It provides a feature to annotate as a piece of extra information associated with a particular point in a document or other part of information. It also allows user to make note that includes a comment or explanation. User can do annotations are sometimes presented in the form of Shapes available inside the tools section.
  • These features work similar to annotation, but it has some fixed tools that are list below:
    1. Orange Rectangle (It is a rectangle available in orange color)
    2. Logo (It is a usual logo that users can set as per requirements)
    3. Stamp Normal (User can use it for stamping purposes on document)
    4. Stamp Image (It is a fixed stamp image as like logo)
  • It displays a list of annotations on the right side of the viewer inside the list view. It contains four rows: Title, Date, User, and attachment, if any
  • It provides a feature to search particular keywords from the entire document. It will go to search for every page inside. Users can browse through each page using the below options to see search result.
    1. Next Page (Move to next page to see search result)
    2. Previous Page (Move to the previous page to see search result)
  • It will allow the user to take print of the document. Users can be able to set custom properties which are listed below
    1. Zoom Level (It will decide printing zoom level on current record)
    2. Paper Size (User can be able to select custom paper size)
    3. Margins (User can set custom margin from Top, Left, Bottom and Right of the page.
